1952 Arkansas Traveler Runabout with a 1959 Mercury MK58AE. Late model Eas-Z Loader Galvanized Trailer with two spares. Boat Restored from bare aluminum, new upohlstery, built in fuel tank, mechanical steering, new throttle and shift controls, new paint in and out, transom jack. Motor rebuilt from crankshaft out by Mercury factory trained mechanic.
Motor fully painted.

Motor is 1947 Mercury KE-7 10 hp "Lightning". Rare motor with factory option twist throttle accessory.
This rig won the Silver Award in the Classic Outboards class at the 2010 Keels and Wheels Concours Car and Boat Show in Seabrook, TX. More photos available.

| Whirlwind mid 1950's |

This 12' Whirlwind is believed to have been made in the mid 1950's. The hull number is 10992. Boat was found abandoned on a piece of property the owner was leasing in New York in 1984. It was, and still is, stripped of all hardware and had multiple layers of paint. It also had a hole in the bottom that appeared to be caused in a trailer related mishap. A cosmetic and structural restoration has been started, stripped all paint, and repaired the hole in the bottom located under the front seat. The hole was repaired with a 3/8”x 12” x 18” piece of marine mahogany plywood rabitted with the large side towards the water. The bottom was subsequently fiberglassed with one layer. The boat was varnished, the bottom painted and the deck painted, but varnishing and paint will have to be re-done. Boat was last worked on in 1988.

| 1957 Century Palomino with 1957 Tee Nee trailer and 1956 Johnson Javelin outboard motor. This boat was purchased in 1986 having been stored for over 25 years. It has had little use beyond boat shows since. It won Skipper's Choice in 2008 at the Payette Lakes Boat show in McCall ID. The boat, engine and trailer are COMPLETELY original.
