Rain was still coloring the skies as the set-up crew arrived at the Yacht Club. The gray clouds looked less than promising as the boats began to assemble, the low thrumming of their engines coming across the water and through the misting drizzle. By ten o’clock though, uncertain skies gave way to glorious sunshine.
“The number of boats is limited by the slips…but the quality is fantastic.”
